		Cecil Webb Park is located at 801 Tipton Ave in the south Knoxville region. This small park packs a punch with tons to do. Cecil Webb has picnic tables and playgrounds that are well maintained. The main attractions to Cecil Webb are the two tennis courts and one soccer field. There is also a recreation center located in the back of the park, with tons of open space and great location for the south Knoxville residence. Cecil Webb is a small park that packs a great punch.
