Charter Doyle Park is located on 5100 West Martin Mill Pike. just off of Chapman highway. Charter Doyle is a 26-acre park in South Knoxville. The land was graciously donated in 1984 by the Doyle family to be a neighborhood park. Charter Doyle features an open green space with a backstop for baseball or softball games and room for other recreational activities. The Charter Doyle greenway circumvents the green space, playground, shelter and the 2 tennis courts. The Mildred Doyle nature trail meanders through the woods in the park, providing an opportunity to get in touch with nature during a peaceful stroll. There are also picnic tables with grills and one reservable shelter. |
